I feel like this is limited to so called Western world, while the rest of the globe still can’t realise how much pressure is put on males to fit the shapes and patterns of unarguable rule-driven masculinity.
I agree with you there to an extent. It seems like it’s affecting not just the Western world, but the more “developed” world. Japan, for example, is also seeing a sort of shift in what is considered the norm for masculine behavior.
